Technical and Executive Management Team Senior Executive Bios The company was founded by two principals with extensive management and system design experience in the professional service industry, as well as in the Internet technology development. Both principals have demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and success in running profitable businesses. Tai-li C. Kwan, President & CEO Tai-li Kwan brings significant technical and management experience leadership in the design, development and management of large-scale information systems. She recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Alexander Enterprise Solutions with oversight responsibilities for numerous commercial and government assignments. Prior to that, Ms. Kwan was responsible for the design, development and implementation of Y2000 products at Avatar Solutions, Inc. She won Program Management Award in 1995 at Titan Corporation. Ms. Kwan was the Executive Vice-President and Co-Founder of International Business Associates, Inc. which averaged 25% growth each year for the first 10 years and won the Small Business of the Year Award in 1991. Ms. Kwan has been responsible for commercial data processing center operations, business application development and maintenance, product design and development, database design and implementation, data modeling, and configuration management. Her accomplishments include FAA AF National Data Warehouse, FAA ATS National Data Center design, independent review and establishment of Information System Engineering processes at Citicorp Global Information Technology group, and development of a proprietary software product – Integrated Business Application System (IBAS™) that was installed nationwide among major defense contractors and engineering firms. Mazie Efinger, CFO Ms. Efinger has more than 20 years experience managing high growth companies in the professional services industries. She brings with her considerable experience in financial and business management, both long and short-term business strategy and technical experience in information system design, quality assurance and maintenance. She served as Chief Financial Officer at Haulsey Engineering, Inc. where she developed the business strategy to capture two major multi-year contracts worth more than $10 million dollars. She served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at DALFI, Inc. a fast growing professional services firm with offices in five states and three countries. She oversaw all administrative functions, developed policies and procedures for a rapidly expanding company, customized and maintained an in-house information system, designed and developed software for 401(K) and Profit Sharing Plan Administration, and purchasing and commitments. Most recently Ms. Efinger served as operations manager at ICONIXX where she oversaw the successful design and development of several Internet projects.
